Submitted work must represent the authors’ genuine contribution and must not copy another person’s words, data, ideas, code or media without proper acknowledgement.

Proper citation
Direct quotations, paraphrases, adapted figures, datasets and reused methods must be cited appropriately.

Screening and review
Submissions may be screened using available similarity checks and assessed by reviewers or editors.

Corrective action
Where concerns are confirmed, IAIIM may request revision, reject a submission, withdraw acceptance or notify relevant parties.

Author responsibility
Authors are responsible for verifying every source and ensuring that AI-generated or AI-assisted material does not introduce plagiarism or false references.
